Michele Beretta is ready to fly in US for the first race of 2017 season: the young italian driver received indeed the call this morning from Grasser Racing team to take part in the prestigious Rolex Daytona 24 Hours, scheduled for January 28-29; he will return at the wheel of Lamborghini Huracan GT3 race car. Beretta, after a very positive 2016 with the austrian team, will share the italian supercar with Rolf Ineichen, Christian Engelhart, Milos Pavlovic and Roberto Pampanini, a crew having all what it takes to aim for a good result in GTD class.

Michele Beretta: “I am grateful to Grasser Racing team for the last minute call, gaving me the opportunity to be at the start of a race so important and prestigious. Daytona is very strange and requires a very high attention level for the traffic inside the infield, the speed difference between the cars and for the banking section, that is something new for me. The target is to get a good result in GTD and Lamborghini have been shown to be competitive here. My team mates have already had the opportunity to test the Huracan in Roar test few weeks ago, while I have to work in free practice to learn the track; in these few days that separate me from the travel to US I will work hard in the simulator to try to close this gap and to be ready for the challenge.
