Fresh from a series of great performances, including the double victory in the GT World Challenge America and the fifth place at the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring, Michele is back on track in the GT World Challenge Europe for the 1000 KM of Paul Ricard.

On June 3rd and 4th Mike will be involved in the second round of the Fanatec GT World Challenge powered by AWS Endurance Cup, on the French Paul Ricard track, at the wheel of Vincenzo Sospiri Racing’s Lamborghini Huracàn # 563.
Alongside Mike, as already happened in the first appointment in Imola, there will be Yuki Nemoto and Benjamin Hites. A quality line-up that aims to do well in the Silver Cup. On the eve of the French event, Michele does not hide his satisfaction with what has been shown up to this point of the season:
I hope to continue the good performance I have had in these races, in which I have ridden on tracks that excite me particularly with very fast and technical corners, such as Imola and Nürburgring. Before focusing fully on the Paul Ricard race, I want to underline how good fifth place was at the Nürburgring 24 Hours. The level of the riders and teams was very high and we had a perfect, high level race, in which we missed the podium for a few seconds, so I am happy with the work done. I was also pleased that the 24 hours was never interrupted and we always ran on dry land, so I fully enjoyed driving on the Nordschleife, a track with very fast curves and ups and downs, where you are always on the edge of the razor and that gives you enormous emotions.

This is how Michele sees the imminent event in France.
It will be important to start right away in the best possible way since the entry-list is of the highest level, with very strong drivers and teams, and being among the best right away is essential to aim for a top race. The goal is to be among the first in the Silver and show off as overall.
