The dream 24 Hours races trio that Michele planned will finish next weekend in Belgium with the Total 24 Hours of Spa. After the Porsche 911 GTE at Le Mans and the l\u2019Audi R8 GT at Nurbrgring, Michele will take on the challenge of Spa-Francoschamps with the HRT Haupt Racing team\u2019s Mercedes AMG GT.<\/p>\n

Michele will be in the Silver Cup category and will share the Mercedes #5 with Hubert Haupt (GER), Sergey Afanasiev (RUS) and Gabriele Piana (ITA), going to compose a team that can aim for the top end of the placings.<\/p>\n

Michele\u2019s car, the Mercedes AMG GT, is exactly the same as the one with whom he won at the 12 Hours of Bathurst and he had the preliminary testing session at Spa, two weeks ago.<\/p>\n

Michele doesn\u2019t hide his confidence and enthusiasm, on the eve of the 24 Ours of Spa, a race that he has already competed four times at the wheel of the Lamborghini: \u201cThis is the 24 Hours race that I know better, since I never miss an edition from 2016 until today. The track is one of the most beautiful and spectacular to drive on, but in this edition will be the unknown of temperature. We usually race here in warmer period and this aspect is what differs most from other editions. I know very well the Mecedes AMG,
\nsince I drove with it at Bathurst and in the training test. Based on what I\u2019ve been able to see and on my experience, I think that we can get a good result in the Silver Cup and, personally, I aim to do good stint that make an important contribution to the team\u2019s result. One of my goals is to stay close to the performance of the Pros\u201d.<\/p>\n
