Despite an extremely difficult week end, Michele Beretta and Luca Stolz return from Hungaroring still leading Silver Cup class in the Blancpain Sprint Series. In Budapest, the young driver from Lecco achieved two third places together important championship points in the standings, not enough for the mathematical certainty of the title, which will be played in the final round of Barcelona.
In both races, the green Lamborghini has been slowed by contacts in the early races forcing Beretta and Stolz to loose time.

Michele Beretta: “It has been much harder than expected here in Budapest, we have struggled to find a good setup and a pace that would allow us to defend ourselves in a better way. In the end, despite the two contacts, we still gathered important points thanks to the crash that knocked out our closest rivals in Race 2. Barcelona should be easier for us but first we have the last round of the Endurance series in three weeks at Nurburgring, where we aim to finish in the Top 10.
